Well the good news is that i have passed and performed quite well as my result is satisfactory. This gap came because i had my examinations.well better not talk about it. friends, i would like to apologize to you all as i am writing after a long gap.
20 lakh graduate at two points in year and get job within 6 months 40 lakh students graduate and everyone gets a job over an yearĢ. Saving of time = Area of shaded region = 10 lakh man years and using 70 as the average age of humans = ~14285 human life spans _ġ.
Solution: This is a problem which could be reduced easily if different universities operated their curriculum so as to allow at least 2 or 3 times within an year when students graduated (a practise prevalent in US) Hence staggered joining and “sudden unemployability” leads to wastage of thousands of months of manpower. This creates a unique challenge for IT companies as they don't have the facilities or the projects to take them onboard at the same time. Everyone graduates at the same time of the year for jobs which are available at different times of the year. Though unemployability has been cited as one of the major problems another critical one has gone unnoticed. There are 17000+ colleges in India from which 40 lakh students graduate every year. I realized what it means to have a few caring shoulders around you, i understood the meaning of what my elders meant when they said the above mentioned phrase.Īs we all know that above all of us is that almighty god and he loves all his children a lot, so he showed his love and gave me a wonderful opportunity, a chance to reunite with all my friends although just for a few hours.I enjoyed and today i cherish those 24 hours of my life. Really i was missing all those very very important special people in my life, who are better known as friends.

But, 4 months ago when i moved to a new city leaving behind family, friends and all, to enter a new world where you have colleagues not friends, places to go but no one to accompany you, wallet full of money but no one to spend on, a lot to talk about but no one to listen all that. I always used to think what it meant for a few seconds then used to get busy with my stupidities. When i was a kid and people back home used to talk and say the value of something is truly realized once it goes away from.
